ProMatch Auto started in 2020, right in the middle of COVID. For four years we ran almost exclusively on commercial work — dealerships, fleets, volume. That background is why we operate the way we do now.
How we got here.
For our first four years, 95% of our work came from dealerships and commercial clients. High volume, tight deadlines, zero margin for error. When a dealership hands you five cars on a Monday and needs them back by Tuesday, you learn to move — and you learn what actually matters on every repair.
Opening the Riverwatch shop in 2023 gave us a storefront and a chance to serve the public directly. That commercial background gives us a real edge — we're fast because the work trained us to be, and we assess damage differently. We look at the vehicle's age, condition, and value before recommending a repair path. You get honest options, not just the most expensive one.
ASE certified — start to finish.
Our work is led by an ASE-certified technician with certifications in Paint & Refinishing, Non-Structural Analysis & Damage Repair, and Structural Analysis & Damage Repair. That covers the entire repair — from frame and structural work all the way to the final coat of paint.
The Team.
Two of the crew have been here almost five years — since before the shop existed. Two more joined over two years ago. People don't stay at bad shops. They stay where the work matters and the environment is right.
We're independent — we don't rely on insurance contracts to funnel cars our way. The work comes from our reputation, which means we have to earn it on every single job. Every vehicle gets personal attention because there's no assembly line here — just a tight crew that knows how to move.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. If a repair or refinish we performed ever fails because of our work, we'll make it right — no charge.
This warranty covers our workmanship only. It does not cover: factory or manufacturer defects; paint or repairs applied over pre-existing damage or prior repairs not performed by us; rust or corrosion present before our work; damage from later accidents, normal wear, the environment (stone chips, sun fade, chemicals), or neglect; and non-OEM or customer-supplied parts (covered by the part maker). Applies to the original customer while they own the vehicle; non-transferable.
